Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service using the card on file.
New clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, your deposit may be transferred one time only to a new appointment scheduled within two weeks of the original appointment date. Any additional cancellations, reschedules, or failure to rebook within that timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show at my discretion. No-shows may also result in the inability to book future appointments.
